EXPERIENCE DEEP HEALING WITH REIKI & CRYSTAL THERAPY
After a successful career in Marketing & PR, I felt called to walk a deeper path. I have always been a seeker, and through my own life experiences I discovered practices that helped me heal and realign—practices I now share with others to help them find balance and purpose.
Rooted in Vedic and Ayurvedic traditions, and shaped by my background in classical dance, my approach blends ancient wisdom with modern healing practices. Through Reiki, pranayama, and 7 chakra balancing, I work with spirituality to gently untangle life’s challenges—emotional, mental, and energetic—so you can reconnect with your inner strength.
My mission is simple: to help you heal, awaken, and shine—inside and out—by remembering that the greatest power to heal has always been within you.
What My Healing Sessions Include
Each session is gentle, non-religious, and tailored to your unique needs, focusing on the areas—physical, emotional, or energetic—that require the most attention. Using Reiki, pranayama, breathwork, chakra balancing, visualization techniques, and energy field cleansing, I work with the specific chakras, internal organs, or energy centers connected to your concerns. Sessions are infused with focused Reiki energy to gently release blockages, restore energy flow, and help you reconnect with your inner strength, balance, and clarity.
Reiki: Energy That Flows Through Us All
Reiki comes from the Japanese words “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (energy), meaning universal life energy. It is completely non-religious and is the same energy our bodies naturally absorb during rest, food, or simply from being in nature. Reiki doesn’t require any belief system or spiritual practice; I also incorporate crystals to deepen the Reiki experience, channelling this universal energy to help the body, mind, and energy field restore balance, release blockages, and support natural healing.
